In late August, I got together with Gina Capossela and a few of her students to do promotional photography for her upcoming 10th Anniversary Middle Eastern and American Belly Dance Showcase at the Lebanon Opera House. I will be photographing the event, as I have for the past couple of years (follow this link to see photos from last year’s show) — the hall is packed with friends and family. It is not only photogenic, but an inspiration to see the pride in her students’ accomplishments!

Last weekend, my neighbors had a party to celebrate Peggy’s 50th birthday. Those invited to “Peggy’s Prom” were required to dress the part, wearing prom dresses and tuxedos to the Hotel Coolidge in White River Junction, Vt. I did the prom portraits and a few candids — there was even a chaperone in attendance! It was a great idea, as friends and family came from across the country.
