The other day, I photographed Fabi and Mark’s extended family at their home in White River Junction, Vt. Their families traveled from Brazil and Canada to spend Thanksgiving together, seeing each other for the first time since Fabi and Mark were married. I was honored to be there to mark the occasion with photos!

Foliage Fun
Marie and Matt celebrated their second wedding anniversary last week with a trip to see Vermont’s fall foliage, as well hiring me to have their portrait taken in Barnard, Vt. I enjoyed our time together!

Family Reunion
On a beautiful Sunday morning, I did family photographs at the top of Middlebury Gap. They had traveled from Toronto to visit their oldest son, who just started at Middlebury College. Rob and Serena’s children are five years apart in age, from oldest to youngest. Just like my three sisters and I!

Best Friends
The other day I made a photo of kissing kids that reminded me of a photo I did of my daughter and her pal smooching a decade ago. Whenever the teens see each other now, they fall into their comfortable friendship. These two are pals from daycare — I photographed them and their families down the road in South Royalton, Vt.

Famous Alum
Last spring, I did a portrait I did of farmer and friend Chuck Wooster for the May/June issue of the Dartmouth Alumni Magazine. I finally remembered to go see what they published. As they say in New England, here ’tis!

Motherly Love
Suzanne recently asked me to come by her home to do a portrait for the public radio commentaries she does. Her daughter helped out in getting Suzanne to smile — but the best moments were getting both of them together!

A Gift
The other day I got together with Mica to do maternity portraits as a gift for her husband Jason. Last May, they were married just down the road in Strafford, Vt., and I was their photographer. It was fun to catch up — Mica’s other children were also there and did a great job in assisting!

Katie Beth & Greg
This afternoon, I met Katie Beth and Greg at the Strafford Town House to do their engagement portrait. The building’s beautiful light and iconic structure are perfect for portraits. I’m looking forward to being Katie Beth and Greg’s photographer at their St. Louis wedding this summer!

Miles of Smiles
The other day Emma and Shane asked me to photograph their young family at their home in Sharon, Vt. The kids really responded to a little silliness, with great smiles!

Brotherly Love
Yesterday, Matt and Melissa invited me over to photograph their young family. I had a lot of fun capturing the energy of their two boys, brothers who are two years apart. Their younger sister held her own as well. I work with Matt at the Valley News — no wonder he comes to work tired some days!
